At Book Box, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as a great story, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unworn apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you turn the page with a seamless exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn garments with all tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
